ABOUT

Hi, I’m Paige! Some know me as Plumber Paige, but lately, I’ve been growing into All Trades Paige as my brand and career expand beyond just one trade. I’m a tradeswoman, author, content creator, and advocate for skilled careers. What started as a high school plumbing class has grown into a mission to shift how people see the trades. Explore my timeline to see the key moments that shaped me, each one opening the door to the next. Here’s how it started… and where it’s going.
I enrolled in a plumbing and heating program at my high school in Lehigh Valley, PA. That’s where I met Coach, my instructor and one of my biggest early supporters. He taught me plumbing skills and gave me the confidence to belong in the trades. He introduced me to women in the industry who answered tough questions and showed me I had options. It wasn’t just about fixing pipes, it was about finding purpose and believing I could build a future here.
During high school, I joined SkillsUSA, where I served as my chapter’s president and became a state medalist. I also attended Let’s Build Construction Camp for Girls, which expanded my view of what’s possible in construction. Both experiences gave me leadership skills and introduced me to an even wider world of careers in the trades.
Through my school’s co-op program, I started working in plumbing. First doing residential service calls, then once I was old enough, I transitioned to the rough-in crew during the summer. Getting on real job sites gave me the hands-on experience and grit that school alone couldn’t teach.
After graduating high school, I earned a degree in Construction Management. Then I went back to school and completed my associate degree in HVAC. One of my favorite stories is when I was attending a district SkillsUSA competition as a spectator, I met the manager of an HVAC company, introduced myself, and asked for a job. That conversation led to an interview and I’ve been interning as a commercial service HVAC tech ever since, always staying curious and building new skills.
My mission to share what I’ve learned and represent the trades led me to start creating videos, giving classroom talks, and building a platform. I’ve worked with brands like Lowe’s and The Home Depot, been featured on podcasts and in magazines, and appeared in the 3M documentary SKILLED, which premiered at Sundance.
Today, I wear many hats: I publish books to introduce kids to trade careers, speak at events across the U.S. and Canada, and create content to inspire students, engage industry professionals, and break outdated stereotypes. I use my voice, tools, and creativity to help close the skills gap — one project, post, and connection at a time.
I never could’ve predicted my life would look like this, that’s kind of the point!! The trades have taken me on a path I didn’t expect, and I’ve learned that plans can change while purpose stays the same. I’m still growing, still building, and still reaching for what’s next. From new books and videos to bigger projects and partnerships, All Trades Paige is becoming more than a brand—it’s a movement. Want to be part of it?
Logo Symbolism
At All Trades Paige, every symbol, tool, and color in our logos is intentional. These aren’t just designs, they’re visual stories that represent who we are, what we stand for, and who we’re building for.
We use two core logos:
- The ATP Sign — a full display of tools and trade icons representing the broader brand.
- The ATP Badge — a superhero-style emblem that reflects the core of our mission.

A diamond-like shape, inspired by superhero crests.
Signifies strength, protection, and the idea that tradespeople are heroes in real life.
Each bolt holds the badge together, just like these four values hold up our mission:
- Exposure – Making trades visible to young people and the public
- Representation – Showing that everyone belongs, especially girls and underrepresented groups
- Education – Teaching trades through books, videos, school visits, and hands on learning
- Empowerment – Giving people confidence, tools, and support to try something new
Each tool represents a different trade, but also a different path. Whether you’re curious about plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, or something else entirely, there’s a place for you.
A = All
- T = Trades
- P = Paige
ATP is a name, but it’s also a declaration. You don’t have to be one thing, you can try them all!
- ❤️ Red – Boldness, visibility, and strength
- 🖤 Black – Foundation, professionalism, and structure
- 💛 Yellow – Curiosity, youth, and fun
When every part is layered together: the frame, the bolts, the tools, the letters; it forms the ATP Badge.
The badge is a symbol of strength, learning, and opportunity in the trades for our audience. Young learners, educators, families, and future pros. It’s a reminder that you can build your own future. One skill, one story, one screw at a time.
